Oven Baked Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 x butternut squash
  • • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 200c (390f)

  2. Wash and cut the butternut squash, place in a baking tray drizzled with oil, salt and pepper

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until soft and tender

  4. Serve with soy creme, avocado, chopped nuts and pomegranate seeds on top
