Oven Baked Butternut Squash
Ingredients
- 1 x butternut squash
- • 2 tablespoon olive oil
- • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven at 200c (390f)
Wash and cut the butternut squash, place in a baking tray drizzled with oil, salt and pepper
Bake for 25-30 minutes until soft and tender
Serve with soy creme, avocado, chopped nuts and pomegranate seeds on top
