Berry Smoothie Bowl with Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen courgette
  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • handful of frozen strawberries
  • cookies n cream protein powder
  • heaped teaspoon of maca powder
  • hemp milk

Toppings

  • fresh strawberries
  • fresh blueberries
  • homemade cinnamon maple granola
  • meridian smooth almond butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
