Strawberry & Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Frozen spinach
  • 1 heaped tsp of green superfood powder
  • 1 scoop of cookies n cream protein powder
  • Almond milk
  • Homemade cinnamon maple granola
  • Blueberries
  • Banana
  • Cacao nibs (added after the first picture)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, frozen spinach, green superfood powder, protein powder, and almond milk.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed to achieve the desired consistency.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

  4. Top the smoothie with homemade cinnamon maple granola, blueberries, banana slices, and cacao nibs.
