Berry Yogurt Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 300 g unsweetened natural yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 4 tablespoons blueberries (about 80 g)
- 4 tablespoons raspberries (about 80 g)
- 1 banana
- 6 tablespoons granola or rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
Preparation
Distribute the yogurt evenly into 2 bowls. Add 1/2 tablespoon agave syrup to each and stir with the yogurt. Wash the blueberries and raspberries. Peel the banana and slice it.
Divide all the ingredients evenly between the two bowls. Optionally top with 1 tablespoon nut butter each. Serve and enjoy.
