Healthy Sesame Kelp Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 package kelp noodles
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
In a bowl, combine kelp noodles with hot water, baking soda, and lemon juice. Soak for 15 minutes.
After soaking, drain and rinse the noodles.
Massage the noodles for 3 minutes until they become tender. Drain again and set aside.
In a pan over medium heat, add chopped garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Stir until fragrant.
Add the drained kelp noodles to the pan. Stir until the noodles are fully coated with the sauce.
Transfer the noodles to a bowl. Top with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy.
