herby thyme potato tart

Ingredients

  • 6-8 potatoes ⁣
  • 6 mushrooms⁣
  • 1 pack puff pastry⁣
  • 1/2 leek⁣
  • 2 onions⁣
  • 200g smoked tofu⁣
  • Oliveoil ⁣
  • 1 pot plantbased creme fraiche⁣
  • 2tb nutritional yeast⁣
  • salt, pepper⁣
  • Thyme⁣

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven on 220° C circulating air ⁣

  2. Cook your potatoes ⁣

  3. Chop the potatoes in pieces⁣

  4. Cut mushrooms in slices⁣

  5. Cut leek and onion in small pieces ⁣

  6. Sauté in oil and then set aside⁣

  7. Dry the tofu with kitchen paper then chop into cubes ⁣

  8. Heat up oil in a pan ⁣

  9. Cook tofu cubes crispy and deglaze with soy sauce ⁣

  10. Mix creme fraiche and nutritional yeast with salt, pepper and thyme⁣

  11. Put the puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper⁣

  12. Put creme fraiche on top and then sprinkle the tofu cubes, potatoes, mushrooms and onions on top⁣

  13. Bake for 15 minutes⁣
