  • Diced onion
  • Nutmeg
  • Mace
  • Salt
  • Plant milk
  • Mushroom seasoning blend (optional)

Preparation

  1. Boil or steam potatoes until soft

  2. Make the mashed potatoes by mashing them with plant milk and seasoning with salt, nutmeg, and mace powder.

  3. Cut the roasted vegetables, including mushrooms, chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, and onion.

  4. Roast the cut vegetables in a pan with the mushroom seasoning blend (optional).
