Quick Lentil and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup kale
- 2 big pickles
- 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Toss all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes with 1/2 cup water
