Quick Lentil and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 big pickles
  • 1/3 cup chopped red pepper
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Toss all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes with 1/2 cup water
