Smoked Tempeh and Broccoli Balti

Ingredients

  • tempeh
  • broccoli
  • onion
  • garlic
  • fresh tomato
  • chopped tomatoes
  • spices
  • soya yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Cut tempeh into cubes

  2. Fry the tempeh with spices, onion, garlic, fresh tomato, broccoli, and chopped tomatoes until cooked

  3. Add soya yoghurt to increase protein and cool the mixture

  4. Serve hot

Notes

  1. Tempeh is made from fermented soy beans and is high in protein, beneficial for gut health
