Stir-Fried Rice with Vegetables
Ingredients
- cooked rice
- red bell pepper, cut into cubes
- leek, cut into cubes
- carrot, cut into cubes
- red cabbage, cut into cubes
Seasonings
- sweet paprika
- turmeric
- black pepper
- ground coriander
- salt
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Sauté the red bell pepper, leek, carrot, and red cabbage, all cut into small cubes.
Add your preferred seasonings, such as sweet paprika, turmeric, black pepper, ground coriander, and salt.
On low heat, add a splash of water, cover the pan, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Mix with the cooked rice.
Add a splash of soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh lemon juice before serving.
