Strawberry and Tahini Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 small handfuls of cashew nuts
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp of tahini
- 6 strawberries
- Splash of plant based mylk
Preparation
Put 2 small handfuls of cashew nuts in a jam jar, cover with water, seal, and leave overnight to soak.
Blend together the avocado, soaked cashew nuts, banana, tahini, strawberries, and a splash of plant-based milk.
Spoon the blended mixture into a bowl.
Top with cacao nibs, caramel chocolate shot drizzle, and strawberries.
