Strawberry and Tahini Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 small handfuls of cashew nuts
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp of tahini
  • 6 strawberries
  • Splash of plant based mylk

Preparation

  1. Put 2 small handfuls of cashew nuts in a jam jar, cover with water, seal, and leave overnight to soak.

  2. Blend together the avocado, soaked cashew nuts, banana, tahini, strawberries, and a splash of plant-based milk.

  3. Spoon the blended mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top with cacao nibs, caramel chocolate shot drizzle, and strawberries.

  5. Enjoy.
