Vegan Oatmeal Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 150 ml Almond milk
- 70 g Oatmeal
- 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 4 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp Maca powder
- Handful Goji berries
Toppings
- Almond nuts
- Pumpkin seeds
- Some fruits
Preparation
Mix and blend all the ingredients well using a blender.
Leave the mixture overnight in the fridge.
Add almond nuts, pumpkin seeds, and some fruits.
