Vegan Oatmeal Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150 ml Almond milk
  • 70 g Oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder
  • Handful Goji berries

Toppings

  • Almond nuts
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Some fruits

Preparation

  1. Mix and blend all the ingredients well using a blender.

  2. Leave the mixture overnight in the fridge.

  3. Add almond nuts, pumpkin seeds, and some fruits.
