Vegan Pesto Is the Besto
Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped fresh kale
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Place all the ingredients into a food processor
Pulse until creamy and smooth
Keep in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 10 days
