Vegan Pesto Is the Besto

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped fresh kale
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor

  2. Pulse until creamy and smooth

  3. Keep in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 10 days
