Almond Milk and Fruit Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup @bluediamond almond milk
- 1/4 cup peach @lifewaykefir
- 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 frozen banana
- Handful frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp. @wedderspoonofficial honey
- 1 scoop @furtherfood collagen
- 1 tsp. @omg_superfoods moringa powder
- 1 tbsp. @natierrasuperfoods chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. @gourmetnut hemp seeds
Toppings
- @simplybalanced organic muesli
- Unsweetened coconut
- @natierrasuperfoods cacao nibs
- Blueberries
Preparation
Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top of the smoothie
