Almond Milk and Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup @bluediamond almond milk
  • 1/4 cup peach @lifewaykefir
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp. @wedderspoonofficial honey
  • 1 scoop @furtherfood collagen
  • 1 tsp. @omg_superfoods moringa powder
  • 1 tbsp. @natierrasuperfoods chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. @gourmetnut hemp seeds

Toppings

  • @simplybalanced organic muesli
  • Unsweetened coconut
  • @natierrasuperfoods cacao nibs
  • Blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top of the smoothie
