Healthy Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • Frozen cauliflower
  • Frozen zucchini
  • A few pieces frozen banana
  • Oat milk (including a couple of frozen oat milk ice cubes)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp flax

Toppings

  • Figs
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Pumpkin spice almond butter
  • Bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Blend all base ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings: figs, frozen blueberries, pumpkin spice almond butter, and bee pollen
