Best Vegan Basil Free Cilantro Pesto
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 handful spinach or basil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- juice of half a lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional: 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Preparation
Pulse all ingredients in a blender.
Optionally add 1 tablespoon hemp seeds during blending.
Mix the pesto with cooked gluten-free pasta.
