Best Vegan Basil Free Cilantro Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 handful spinach or basil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • optional: 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Optionally add 1 tablespoon hemp seeds during blending.

  3. Mix the pesto with cooked gluten-free pasta.
