Homemade Edamame Pesto with Fresh Basil and Garlic
Ingredients
- 1 cup edamame
- 1.5 cups basil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil as needed
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor or high-speed blender.
Blend the mixture.
Gradually add olive oil while blending until the desired consistency is achieved.
