Refreshing Green Smoothie with Banana and Mango
Ingredients
- 2 bananas (not frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 3 big handfuls baby spinach
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 pitted dates or 2-3 drops liquid stevia
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together to create a smoothie for 2 adults or 4 kid-sized servings.
For a creamier or ice cream-like texture, use frozen bananas instead of fresh ones and enjoy with a spoon.
