Sweet Potato Toast with Avocado and Lime Smash
Ingredients
- Sweet potato
- Avocado
- Lime
- Salt
- Pomegranate
- Chilli
Preparation
Slice the sweet potato thinly into toasts and pop into the toaster; cook for 2-3 cycles until fully toasted.
While toasting, smash the avocado, add a squeeze of lime and salt to taste.
Spread the avocado smash onto the cooked toast.
Sprinkle on pomegranate and chilli.
