Sweet Potato Toast with Avocado and Lime Smash

Ingredients

  • Sweet potato
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • Salt
  • Pomegranate
  • Chilli

Preparation

  1. Slice the sweet potato thinly into toasts and pop into the toaster; cook for 2-3 cycles until fully toasted.

  2. While toasting, smash the avocado, add a squeeze of lime and salt to taste.

  3. Spread the avocado smash onto the cooked toast.

  4. Sprinkle on pomegranate and chilli.

  5. Enjoy.
