Sweet Potato Toast with Hummus, Red Cabbage and Basil
Ingredients
- sweet potato
- hummus
- red cabbage
- chickpeas
- fresh basil
- salt
- ground pepper
- pinch of hot paprika
Preparation
Slice the sweet potato into 1/4 inch slices and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes on each side.
Top with hummus, shredded red cabbage, chickpeas, and fresh basil leaves.
Add salt, ground pepper, and a pinch of hot paprika.
