Ingredients

  • ✔️ 1 can chickpeas (400-500g)
  • ✔️ 2Tbsp tahini ✔️ 3- 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • ✔️ 3 roasted garlic cloves ✔️ Juice of 1 lemon
  • ✔️ 1 Tsp sweet paprika (optional)
  • ✔️ salt and pepper to taste -

Preparation

  1. Roast the garlic cloves for 5-10 mins , let cool and squeeze the garlic from skin

  2. Place all ingredients in Blender and blend

  3. Check the consistency if too thick I add a little water until it’s perfect for me

  4. THAT’S IT

  5. Store in fridge for up to 4-6 days
