Ingredients
- ✔️ 1 can chickpeas (400-500g)
- ✔️ 2Tbsp tahini ✔️ 3- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- ✔️ 3 roasted garlic cloves ✔️ Juice of 1 lemon
- ✔️ 1 Tsp sweet paprika (optional)
- ✔️ salt and pepper to taste -
Preparation
Roast the garlic cloves for 5-10 mins , let cool and squeeze the garlic from skin
Place all ingredients in Blender and blend
Check the consistency if too thick I add a little water until it’s perfect for me
THAT’S IT
Store in fridge for up to 4-6 days
