Delicious Loaded Avocado and Chickpea Toast
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- smoked paprika
- turmeric
- salt
- 125 grams chickpeas
- olive oil
- pepper
- pumpkin pie spice
- lemon juice
- celery
Preparation
Mash 1/2 avocado and mix with smoked paprika, turmeric and salt.
Mix 125 grams of chickpeas with olive oil, pepper, pumpkin pie spice and a little bit of lemon juice and put these on top of your avocado toast.
Add some celery and that’s it!
