Delicious Loaded Avocado and Chickpea Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • smoked paprika
  • turmeric
  • salt
  • 125 grams chickpeas
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • lemon juice
  • celery

Preparation

  1. Mash 1/2 avocado and mix with smoked paprika, turmeric and salt.

  2. Mix 125 grams of chickpeas with olive oil, pepper, pumpkin pie spice and a little bit of lemon juice and put these on top of your avocado toast.

  3. Add some celery and that’s it!
