Oyster Mushroom and Avocado Toast
Ingredients
Guacamole
- 1 avocado
- 100g chickpeas
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Lemon juice
- 1 - 2 tbsp water
Oyster mushroom
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3g fresh chili
- 1 garlic glove
- Fresh basil
- 100g oyster mushroom
Preparation
Guacamole
Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Mushroom cooking
Start with frying the spices in olive oil.
Then add the oyster mushroom and fry until golden.
Serve on sourdough bread.
