Oyster Mushroom and Avocado Toast

Ingredients

Guacamole

  • 1 avocado
  • 100g chickpeas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 - 2 tbsp water

Oyster mushroom

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3g fresh chili
  • 1 garlic glove
  • Fresh basil
  • 100g oyster mushroom

Preparation

Guacamole

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender.

Mushroom cooking

  1. Start with frying the spices in olive oil.

  2. Then add the oyster mushroom and fry until golden.

  3. Serve on sourdough bread.
