Curry Hummus and Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup chickpeas
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp yellow curry powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 10g almonds

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth, adding more water as needed. Add more salt to taste.

  2. Spread the hummus on toast and top with avocado and chopped ut.
