Chia and Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Chia layer

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup golden milk

Smoothie layer

  • 1 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cordyceps mushroom powder (optional)

Toppings

  • coconut butter cup
  • blackberries
  • mint leaves
  • pearl butter drip

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds and golden milk together and let sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken

  2. Blend frozen zucchini, blueberries, cashew milk, vanilla protein powder, and optional cordyceps mushroom powder until smooth

  3. Layer the chia mixture at the bottom of a bowl, add the blended smoothie on top, and finish with the toppings
