Chia and Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Chia layer
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup golden milk
Smoothie layer
- 1 cup frozen zucchini
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cordyceps mushroom powder (optional)
Toppings
- coconut butter cup
- blackberries
- mint leaves
- pearl butter drip
Preparation
Mix chia seeds and golden milk together and let sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken
Blend frozen zucchini, blueberries, cashew milk, vanilla protein powder, and optional cordyceps mushroom powder until smooth
Layer the chia mixture at the bottom of a bowl, add the blended smoothie on top, and finish with the toppings
