Acai Chia Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup berries of choice
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1 tsp açaí powder (optional)
  • 1 scoop vital proteins (optional)

Toppings

  • yogurt for the ombré (used The Coconut Cult)
  • coconut flakes
  • nut butter drizzle (used Kween and Co granola butter)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients from the Ingredients section until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings and arrange for an ombré effect
