Acai Chia Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup berries of choice
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1 tsp açaí powder (optional)
- 1 scoop vital proteins (optional)
Toppings
- yogurt for the ombré (used The Coconut Cult)
- coconut flakes
- nut butter drizzle (used Kween and Co granola butter)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients from the Ingredients section until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings and arrange for an ombré effect
