Healthy Mocha Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds soaked in 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup steamed and frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup papaya
  • 1/2 cup steamed and frozen unknown ingredient
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate probiotic protein powder (optional)

Toppings

  • Macadamia nuts
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Soak the chia seeds in the brewed coffee for at least 10 minutes or until gelled

  2. If not already prepared, steam and freeze the cauliflower and the unknown ingredient

  3. Add all blended ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the toppings
