Simple Creamy Golden Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup papaya
  • 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds in 1/3 cup nut milk
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter

Toppings

  • strawberry + cacao nibs + cordycep (optional)

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds in 1/3 cup nut milk for at least 10 minutes

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with optional toppings
