Simple Creamy Golden Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup roasted butternut squash
- 1/2 cup papaya
- 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds in 1/3 cup nut milk
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
Toppings
- strawberry + cacao nibs + cordycep (optional)
Preparation
Soak chia seeds in 1/3 cup nut milk for at least 10 minutes
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl and top with optional toppings
