Frozen Avocado and Greens Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk (plain, no guar gum)
- 1/4 avocado, frozen
- 1/4 cup organic frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen greens (e.g., spinach)
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1/2 tbsp blue spirulina
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop plain organic pumpkin seed powder (optional)
Toppings
- cacao nibs
- shredded coconut
- cashew butter
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except toppings until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings and serve
