Plant-Based Cherry Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk / cream (from the can, not BS ingredients or gums)
  • 1/4 frozen avocado
  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen veggies (zucchini or cauliflower)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder

Optional add-ins

  • Optional: @foursigmatic adaptogen blend
  • Optional: protein powder of choice, such as @sproutliving pure pumpkin seed powder

Toppings

  • @spreadthelove natural almond butter
  • a few fresh cherries
  • crumbled homemade beet energy bars
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Blend all base ingredients together until smooth

  2. Add optional add-ins if desired and blend again if necessary

  3. Pour into a bowl or glass, then top with almond butter, fresh cherries, beet energy bars, and cacao nibs before serving
