Mango Ginger Tea Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed @yogitea mango ginger tea
  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings

  • Frozen blueberry + coconut + mint

Preparation

  1. Brew the mango ginger tea and allow it to cool

  2. Steam the cauliflower and freeze it until solid, if not already prepared

  3. In a blender, combine the brewed tea, frozen cauliflower, mango, ginger, and chia seeds; blend until smooth

  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  5. Add the toppings: frozen blueberries, coconut, and mint
