Mango Ginger Tea Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed @yogitea mango ginger tea
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup mango
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
- Frozen blueberry + coconut + mint
Preparation
Brew the mango ginger tea and allow it to cool
Steam the cauliflower and freeze it until solid, if not already prepared
In a blender, combine the brewed tea, frozen cauliflower, mango, ginger, and chia seeds; blend until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings: frozen blueberries, coconut, and mint
