Refreshing Spirulina Green Smoothie with Coconut and Chia

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt or any yogurt (or skip)
  • 1/2 frozen pear
  • 1/2 cup frozen greens
  • 1 tbsp spirulina
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, pre-soaked
  • 1 scoop pumpkin seed powder

Toppings

  • coconut
  • cacao
  • hemp
  • cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Pre-soak the chia seeds if not already done.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together until creamy.

  3. Pour into a bowl and top with coconut, cacao, hemp, and cashew butter.
