Refreshing Spirulina Green Smoothie with Coconut and Chia
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt or any yogurt (or skip)
- 1/2 frozen pear
- 1/2 cup frozen greens
- 1 tbsp spirulina
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, pre-soaked
- 1 scoop pumpkin seed powder
Toppings
- coconut
- cacao
- hemp
- cashew butter
Preparation
Pre-soak the chia seeds if not already done.
Blend all the ingredients together until creamy.
Pour into a bowl and top with coconut, cacao, hemp, and cashew butter.
