Vegan Chia Pudding with Cacao and Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups coco quench (or soy, oat, rice, coconut)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Optional toppings
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- cacao nibs
- coconut flakes
Preparation
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl, ensuring no lumps of cacao are present.
Pour the mixture into two small jars or glasses.
Cover and place in the fridge to set for at least a couple of hours or overnight.
Once set, add desired toppings such as coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, or fresh fruit.
