Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds
  • 1 cup steamed and frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup frozen coconut
  • 1 green banana
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 scoop matcha collagen (optional)

Toppings

  • Swirl of vegan yogurt
  • Lime
  • Pistachios
  • Coconut flakes
  • Bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add toppings and serve immediately
