Matcha Lime Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds
- 1 cup steamed and frozen zucchini
- 1/2 cup frozen coconut
- 1 green banana
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 scoop matcha collagen (optional)
Toppings
- Swirl of vegan yogurt
- Lime
- Pistachios
- Coconut flakes
- Bee pollen
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add toppings and serve immediately
