Mango Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or more if you want more of a smoothie consistency)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until fully blended.

  2. Add blended mixture to some bowls and top with fruit and other goodies.
