Mango Matcha Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana, ripe
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (or more if you want more of a smoothie consistency)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until fully blended.
Add blended mixture to some bowls and top with fruit and other goodies.
