Sesame Ginger Cabbage Slaw
Ingredients
- Sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce (tamari is gluten free)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 tsp of maple syrup or Bee
- Free Honee (you can also use date paste) ??1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil - OR #OilFree version - 1 tsp of water
- Salad
- 4 cups of red cabbage
- thinly sliced
- TOPPING
- 1 tsp of sesame seeds
Preparation
Directions: ??Sauce: Combine by stirring in a bowl
Salad: Throw cabbage in a bowl - pour sauce on top and massage until soft
Sprinkle with sesame seeds - enjoy
