Sesame Ginger Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce (tamari is gluten free)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup or Bee
  • Free Honee (you can also use date paste) ??1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil - OR #OilFree version - 1 tsp of water
  • Salad
  • 4 cups of red cabbage
  • thinly sliced
  • TOPPING
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Directions: ??Sauce: Combine by stirring in a bowl

  2. Salad: Throw cabbage in a bowl - pour sauce on top and massage until soft

  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds - enjoy
