Almond Butter & Chia Jam Oats
Ingredients
- Blackberry Chia jam: (1 serving)
- 1️⃣Place 1/2c of frozen blackberries (you can use fresh fruit too) in a small saucer and heat for 5 min with 1T of water
- 2️⃣ Mash the berries with a fork
- 3️⃣ Add 1T of chia seed, mix everything together, and keep on a low heat for 5 more mins
