Buckwheat Crepes


  • 0g egg whites
  • * 1 egg
  • * 15g buckwheat flour * Tbsp Quark or plain yoghurt * 1/2 scoop of protein powder * 25ml almond milk
  • Mix together all the ingredients and fry in coconut oil. I got 4 crepes from the above mix
  • If your after a high protein, low carb breakfast this is the one
