Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or cream (full fat)
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 bartlett pear
  • 1/4 frozen avocado
  • 1 scoop plant-based coconut protein

Optional add-ins

  • marine collagen (optional)
  • brain octane (optional)
  • 1 tsp coconut butter (optional)

Toppings

  • 1 chunk cranberry protein bite
  • almond butter
  • grain-free granola
  • cacao nibs
  • coconut
  • frozen cherries
  • chia

Preparation

  1. Add all base ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
