- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/4 bartlett pear
- 1/4 frozen avocado
- 1 scoop protein (i used @livwell_nutrition plant based coconut protein)
- Optional : marine collagen
- brain octane
- 1 tsp Coconut butter
