Smokey Tamari Roast Nut and Seed Mix
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 tsp chinese 5 spice
- 1 cup raw cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Mix well and then roast in the oven at 150C for about 15 mins, stirring 3 or 4 times.
Tip out onto grease proof paper to cool.
You will probably need to break up the nuts and seeds a bit into smaller chunks.
Store in a sealed container and they should keep for about a week if you haven't eaten them before then!
