Tsandburgers

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Vegan dark chocolate
  • 6 tbsp Pumpkin purée
  • 6 tbsp Peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Line a muffin tin with 6 muffin cups

  2. Melt your chocolate and spoon about 2 Tbsp into each cup. Freeze for 15 minutes.3. In the meantime, mix together the pumpkin and peanut butter. Take out your frozen chocolate cups and spoon about 2 tbsp of your pumpkin mixture on top. Freeze for 15 minutes

  3. Once done, top the your cups with the rest of the chocolate. Freeze until set

  4. Once set, remove them from your muffin liners and store in the freezer
