Fire Cider Immunity Tonic
Ingredients
- Apple cider vinegar
- Jalapeno
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 inches ginger
- 2 lemon slices
- 1/4 orange
- 1 teaspoon rainbow peppercorns
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Honey
Preparation
Fill a jar to the top with all ingredients.
Add more ginger if you love ginger, and more garlic if you love garlic.
Fill the top of the jar with apple cider vinegar.
Cover with a piece of wax paper and put the metal lid on top.
Place somewhere dark and cool, and allow to macerate for a month.
After a month, strain through cheese cloth or muslin.
Add honey.
Take a spoonful a day when feeling a cold coming on.
