Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 14 oz package of tofu •1/2 cup plant milk (recently I’ve been using and loving it!!)
  • •1/2 cup almond butter (I used my favorite )
  • •2 tablespoons agave nectar •2 cups dark chocolate (I used )

Preparation

  1. Start with blending the tofu, milk, agave, and almond milk in a food processor. Then melt the chocolate and add to the mixture! It tastes best when you refrigerate for about an hour- but honestly you could totally just dig in? I loved adding raspberries and I also added some vegan chocolate chips from @enjoylifefoods

  2. So this recipe is actually inspired by a recipe for chocolate pie from the amazing Lindsey from @pinchofyum. I only modified it a little bit to give it a thicker consistency of mousse and it’s so good that I currently can’t stop eating
