Vegan Chocolate Mousse for Valentine's Day

Ingredients

  • 1 14 oz package of tofu
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 2 cups dark chocolate
  • Raspberries
  • Vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Blend the tofu, plant milk, agave nectar, and almond butter in a food processor.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate and add it to the mixture.

  3. Refrigerate for about an hour for best taste, but it can be eaten immediately.

  4. Add raspberries and vegan chocolate chips before serving for extra flavor.
