Spring Armenian Salad
Ingredients
- i used 1 & 1/2 head of cauliflower pulsed to a
- 1/2c dried cranberries
- c chives
- 1/2c chopped toasted cashews & sliced mint
Preparation
Omitted some of the fruit from the original to fit my macros, but still super yummy! this made four side servings, at under 100 calories each
