Berry Porridge with Lychee

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Ground flax seeds
  • 1 scoop vegan protein (/or cacao powder)
  • Puffed amaranth
  • Soy milk
  • Topping
  • Lychees
  • Berries

Preparation

  1. Put porridge ingredients in a pot and heat to moderate heat

  2. Stir frequently (add water to get your preferred texture) and when it starts to thicken up put it in a bowl, add the toppings - enjoy
