Berry Porridge with Lychee
Ingredients
- Oats
- Frozen raspberries
- Ground flax seeds
- 1 scoop vegan protein (/or cacao powder)
- Puffed amaranth
- Soy milk
- Topping
- Lychees
- Berries
Preparation
Put porridge ingredients in a pot and heat to moderate heat
Stir frequently (add water to get your preferred texture) and when it starts to thicken up put it in a bowl, add the toppings - enjoy
