Summer Comfort Salad Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls lettuce of choice
- Some onions
- Some tomatoes
- Some golden berries
- Some asparagus
- Some pepperocini
- Some olives
- 1 portobello mushroom
Dressing
- 200 ml almond milk
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- Some herbs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
Preparation
If desired, fry the portobello mushroom in a pan with cauli nugget seasoning
Blend 200 ml almond milk and 3 tablespoons hemp seeds in a high-speed blender for a couple of minutes.
Add some herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the dressing and mix.
Assemble the salad by combining all ingredients in a bowl
