Summer Comfort Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls lettuce of choice
  • Some onions
  • Some tomatoes
  • Some golden berries
  • Some asparagus
  • Some pepperocini
  • Some olives
  • 1 portobello mushroom

Dressing

  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • Some herbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste

Preparation

  1. If desired, fry the portobello mushroom in a pan with cauli nugget seasoning

  2. Blend 200 ml almond milk and 3 tablespoons hemp seeds in a high-speed blender for a couple of minutes.

  3. Add some herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the dressing and mix.

  4. Assemble the salad by combining all ingredients in a bowl
