Easy Vegan Tramezzini Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of Plant-based cheese
  • 1 handful of Arugula
  • 6 pieces of Tramezzini bread
  • 4 pieces of Plant-based mortadella
  • 2 tablespoons of Plant-based mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 drizzle of Olive oil
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 splash of Lemon

Preparation

  1. Slice the tomato.

  2. Smash the avocado and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Mix the plant-based mayonnaise with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.

  4. Add the sliced tomato, smashed avocado, arugula, plant-based mortadella, and plant-based cheese to your tramezzini bread.

  5. Close the sandwich with another piece of tramezzini bread.

  6. Cut the sandwich into triangles.

  7. Enjoy your delicious vegan tramezzini sandwich!
