Easy Vegan Tramezzini Sandwich
- 4 pieces of Plant-based cheese
- 1 handful of Arugula
- 6 pieces of Tramezzini bread
- 4 pieces of Plant-based mortadella
- 2 tablespoons of Plant-based mayonnaise
- 1/2 Avocado
- Salt and pepper
- 1 drizzle of Olive oil
- 1 Tomato
- 1 splash of Lemon
Slice the tomato.
Smash the avocado and drizzle with olive oil.
Mix the plant-based mayonnaise with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
Add the sliced tomato, smashed avocado, arugula, plant-based mortadella, and plant-based cheese to your tramezzini bread.
Close the sandwich with another piece of tramezzini bread.
Cut the sandwich into triangles.
