Maca Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple or 1 mashed date
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients together in a sauce pan and add almond milk
Bring to a simmer and allow to thicken for 5 minutes
Pull off stove and give a good stir before serving with favorite toppings
