Maca Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple or 1 mashed date
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a sauce pan and add almond milk

  2. Bring to a simmer and allow to thicken for 5 minutes

  3. Pull off stove and give a good stir before serving with favorite toppings
