Mango Chia Pudding with Mango Passionfruit Nicecream
Ingredients
Mango chia pudding
- 125ml mango puree
- 125ml almond milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
Mango passionfruit nicecream
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 overflowing cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 passionfruit
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 cup vanilla soya milk
Preparation
Mix the mango puree, almond milk, and chia seeds together and leave to set preferably overnight for the Mango Chia Pudding.
Chop the bananas and blend all ingredients together for the Mango Passionfruit Nicecream, including frozen bananas, mango chunks, passionfruit, maple syrup, and soya milk.
