Mango Chia Pudding with Mango Passionfruit Nicecream
Ingredients
- Mango Chia Pudding
- 125ml mango puree
- 125ml almond milk
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- Mango Passionffuit Nicecream
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 overflowing cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 passionfruit
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (totally unnecessary!)
- 3/4 cup vanilla soya milk (or plain plant milk)
Preparation
Mix together and leave to set preferably overnight
Chop the bananas and blend all ingredients together
